These sound really interesting. I have really gotten in to sours over the past few months, but have only had the Belgian ones. I’ll have to take a look around for these. Good thing I’m in the Philly area. I might actually be able to find them!

The lyrics are from Man of La Mancha of course! One of the best musicals of all time. I watched the Peter O’Toole movie version recently, for the 5th time. Did you see the stage production in Escondido about 6 months ago ? I heard it was amazing. The cast members played instruments on stage, instead of having an orchestra.

Living in South Dakota, I can’t help but be jealous of all the different beers you are covering. Especially the Cigar City Humidor IPA since I love both beer and cigars, this one sounds amazing.
